What is Restricted Footwear's Policy for returning items bought online?
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt. You may exchange for size, color or fabric, or you may be issued a credit for the purchase price of your shoe(s) to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. We guaranteed against manufactures’ defects within 60 days of purchase. regular wear and tear does not qualify. No Exceptions.
How do I return/exchange something?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange Form included in your package.
International Orders do not qualify for free return/exchange shipping. Please contact customer service at (626) 961-8889.
How do you process returns/exchanges?
Once we receive your return/exchange in the mail, it can take up to 7 to 10 business days to process.
What methods of payment are accepted at Restricted Footwear?
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards to shop online.
How will I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive an automatic online order confirmation via email if your online order was accepted. If you did not receive an email confirmation, either your email address was incorrect or there was an error processing your order.
How long will it take to receive my online order?
Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive online orders within 3 to 5 business days. Express Delivery is also available. Please keep in mind it may take up to 2 business days before an item ships from the warehouse. This includes express shipping orders.
